Red Pancake was originally launched shortly after Blue Waffle and intended to bring the same misinformation craze. The original shock site read as follows:

Red Waffle [red pan-keyk]: An infected bottom with a large flat pancake shape infection red in colouring, often brought about by not wiping your ass, forcing, or using some god awful dirty device for secret butthole pleasures. Red Pancake infections are a result of of pure carelessness and disgusting habits of oneself or attending party member.
