JapScat was initially released around 2013 from what we can tell, however the video quality does not appear to match. This shock site made the rounds between lolshock, bestshockers, shockchan, and ultimately japscat.org. All mirror of the site are now offline so we decided to bring it back in the shock archives. There is very limited information on the original source of the video but here the original site is quoted as saying:
What is JapScat? This video is a Japanese tv show that depicts a 'straight' Japanese man being felated by another man. The video is believed to have been produced in 2013 and made its way onto the internet shortly after.
