1 Guy 1 Screwdriver (aka 1 Man 1 Screwdriver) was first released in 2009 by Alexey Tatarov. Alexey is the same guy behind the viral 1 Guy 1 Jar video and was very proud of his work which he submitted to eFukt. He was very active on their forums and even did interviews in the years following, even though most assumed he couldn't have survived the jar video.
